Is the game THAT great ??? so far from what I've seen, it just isn't..Whats the big fuss about kingdoms of amalur?

KoAR won't be for everyone, but it is a great RPG none the less. But that's just my opinion.Whats the big fuss about kingdoms of amalur?
It fills a void. It is fast-paced, combat heavy (with the combat being really fluent and fast) and great lore. Kind of Skyrim on speed. Kind of The Witcher 2. Kind of Gothic. Even kind of a Diablo vibe. So far the only 'bad' thing I can say is that I'm a bit disappointed that your character doesn't talk - then again with 4(?) races to choose I'd be pissed if the male and female versions all sounded alike.
