Where can I buy a poison shard at, in kingdoms of amalur reckoning?

yea need to buy poison shard been to diffrent towns have yet to see somebody who sells them. I want to get some so I can make utility gems to reforge my chakrams %26amp; magic staff, weapon gems %26amp; epic gems cannot be used on those weapons when forging. Also found someone in KOAR who sells master stuff for blacksmithing components but cant remember where this was, so if any can help I would be thankfull for any help :).Where can I buy a poison shard at, in kingdoms of amalur reckoning?
