Need someone who knows Kingdom of Amalur well... Where and how do you get attacks added at bar at bottom?

I have one that seems like a shocker and one i think is a grappling hook.

Im into the spider area and havent gotten anything new.. ive leveled up several times but nothing new.Need someone who knows Kingdom of Amalur well... Where and how do you get attacks added at bar at bottom?
It all depends on what skills you add through your Skills Tree, when you add points after levelling up. As you add skills, those will fill up.
